Kusia has spent the past 12 years working with the leadership teams of international organisations. She has delivered results for hundreds of clients in Europe, North America, and Asia across a wide range of sectors.

Her specialism is leadership development. Kusia’s experience spans everything from delivering strategic workshops for executives, to creating inclusive cultures, to driving innovation, and building high performing teams. 

 Kusia’s real passion is people. Specifically, her belief in the power of people to transform organisations. As a trained Coach, she has spent the last eight years coaching leaders of founder-led businesses. She forms deep and trusted relationships that lead to lasting and real impact Having worked in several ScaleUps, Kusia brings significant personal experience of the rollercoaster of scaling a business.

Outside of work Kusia loves travelling, a good book, live music, yoga and swimming. Most importantly she loves sharing tasty food and wine with her family & close friends.
