Burju has spent the last ten years in the space of unlocking human potential, deeply immersed in the development of entrepreneurs and leadership. Managing the team and growth for Elevayte through impactful delivery and strategic decision making, she’s mastered the unique balance between being a bold and unguarded leader.

After spending the first decade of her career as a strategy consultant for Deloitte in Australia and the UK, Burju made the leap to study and practice Existential Psychotherapy, which soon led her down the path of Executive Coaching. With vast experience in partnering with growing businesses, Burju has coached 100s of senior leaders and C-Suite teams over the past eleven years. 

In her previous role as the CGO of a Silicon Valley ed-tech company, she hired, trained and mentored over 80 coaches, developing the muscle of building high performing coaching teams, and investing in meaningful partnerships with clients. 

As an introvert extrovert, she loves spending free time with her family and friends, making sure there’s enough time to unwind and read, cook, exercise or tuck into a comedy.
