And that’s a wrap on our first ever People Summit. Thank you to Techspace, to our panellists, and to all the #ScaleUp People leaders who joined us and shared their collective wisdom with the room.

We’ll be sharing the key insights in the coming weeks. For now, we think it’s fair to say that the word of the day was ‘intentional’. Most teams are doing more with less, so there’s a need to be deliberate and clear when it comes to all aspects of the People function.
