This week we were lucky enough to be a part of the Balderton Capital People Leaders Summit.

🏆 Coaching for success panel featuring our very own Phil Bolton MCC where a key theme was the value a coach can bring by simply helping a founder / exec team slow down to speed up. Sometimes the coach is the only person who can say some pretty tough things to the top team

🤖 AI session led by Tarun Gidoomal – finally a truly practical AI session for People leaders including great prompt tips and a wealth of hacks and tricks (too many to list here)
